Returns must be initiated within 15 days from the shipment date.

Items must be returned in original packaging, with tags attached, and in saleable condition to qualify for a refund.

For shoes, the original shoebox and dust bags must be included.

Essentials products, collaborations, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS – DOMESTIC (U.S. ORDERS)

Submit your return request through Loop Returns within 15 days of the order’s shipment date.

Upon approval, you will be prompted to print a return shipping label and follow the instructions.

Once your return is received at our Los Angeles distribution center, you will receive an email notification.
