STANDARD RETURN POLICY

  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days from the shipment date.

  • Items must be returned in original packaging, with tags attached, and in saleable condition to qualify for a refund.

  • For shoes, the original shoebox and dust bags must be included.

  • Essentials products, collaborations, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

ATHLETICS RETURN POLICY

  • Athletic footwear purchases are final sale and non-returnable.

  • Athletic apparel and accessories may be exchanged within 7 days if purchased from EssentialsHoodie.shop.

  • Return conditions:

    • Item must be new, unworn, unaltered, and free from any odors or fragrances.

    • Items not meeting these standards will be returned to the customer at their expense.

  • Purchases made at retail pop-up locations (Los Angeles, New York, Shanghai, Beijing) are final sale — no returns or exchanges allowed.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale products

  • The California (Birkenstock), Essentials products

  • Boxer briefs/underwear

  • Socks

  • Sunglasses

  • Athletic footwear

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS – DOMESTIC (U.S. ORDERS)

  • Submit your return request through Loop Returns within 15 days of the order’s shipment date.

  • Upon approval, you will be prompted to print a return shipping label and follow the instructions.

  • Once your return is received at our Los Angeles distribution center, you will receive an email notification.

  • Please allow 7–14 business days for return processing.

  • If you prefer to use your own shipping method, contact support@EssentialsHoodie.shop.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS – INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (GLOBAL-E)

  • Submit your return request through Global-E Returns Portal.

  • EssentialsHoodie.shop is not responsible for international shipments lost if not processed through Global-E.

  • Include all returned items and your original packing slip in your package.

EXCHANGES

Domestic (U.S. Orders)

  • Full-priced items can be exchanged within 15 days of fulfillment.

  • Final sale items are not eligible for exchange.

  • If your desired item is unavailable, please proceed with a return for a refund.

International Orders

  • Submit exchange requests within 15 days via returns@essentialshoodie.shop.

  • A prepaid return label will be provided after approval.

  • If the desired item is unavailable, follow the return instructions for a refund.

REFUNDS

  • You will receive an email once your refund is processed.

  • Refunds typically take 10–14 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank.

  • All refunds are made to the original form of payment.

  • Shipping costs paid during checkout are non-refundable.

  • EssentialsHoodie.shop does not offer store credits or gift cards.
