Shipping and Delivery Information

Orders typically require 5 to 7 business days for processing and shipment.
Orders placed after 10:00 AM (PST) will begin processing the following business day.
Please note that during holidays, major collection launches, or other peak periods, processing and shipping times may be longer.

After checkout, we are unable to amend the shipping address or shipping method selected.
Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
It is the customer’s responsibility to track the shipment after the order has left our facility.


Amending a Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing checkout.
We cannot modify the shipping address or method after the order is placed.


U.S. Shipping Options and Costs

  • We offer free standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States on orders over $180.

  • After dispatch from our Los Angeles distribution center, standard delivery takes approximately 4–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges for other orders will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping location and package weight.

  • Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be automatically upgraded to air shipping at checkout.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

  • Orders placed separately cannot be combined into a single shipment.


International Shipping Options and Costs

  • International shipping charges vary and are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

  • Free express shipping is offered for all international orders at checkout.

  • Shipping method cannot be changed after checkout.

  • Processing time for international orders is typically 4–5 business days.


Customs Fees, Import Taxes & Duties (International Orders)

For international orders, all applicable customs duties and taxes are included in your total payment at checkout.
There will be no additional charges upon delivery.


Failed Delivery / Returned to Sender / Abandoned Packages

  • If an incorrect shipping address or phone number is provided, and the courier cannot deliver the package, it will be returned to Essentials Hoodie Store at the customer’s expense.

  • If no one is available at the time of delivery, the courier may hold your package at a nearby facility.
    Failure to collect your package may result in it being returned to Essentials Hoodie Store at your expense.

  • For international orders, if a customer refuses delivery, the package will be returned at the customer’s expense, and any refund will be reduced by shipping costs, duties, and taxes incurred.

  • Packages held at customs for more than 30 days without clearance will be considered abandoned.
    In such cases, no refund or exchange will be offered.


Damaged or Opened Packages

If your package arrives opened or visibly damaged:

  1. Please photograph the package before opening.

  2. File a claim directly with the courier service that delivered your order.

  3. Contact us immediately at info@essentialshoodie.shop with supporting photos and details.
